Beirut Area: Orders are delivered within 48 hours.
Other Areas in Lebanon: Orders are delivered within up to 5 business days.
Shipping Fees: Free delivery across all regions in Lebanon.

International Shipping

Orders are delivered within 10 business days.
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $50 applies to all international orders.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Jewel Souls, each piece is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure top quality. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Eligibility

Item must be reported as damaged within 14 days of receiving the order.
Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Earrings and customized items are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization concerns.

How to Request a Return
